针刺结合电针治疗眼肌麻痹37例临床观察

OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of combined therapy of acupuncture and electroacupuncture in the treatment of ophthalmoplegia. METHODS According to syndrome differentiation, thirty -sevenophthalmoplegia cases (42 eyes) were treated by electroacupuncture and the therapeutic effects were observed. RESULTS Twenty-two cases (23 eyes) were cured(54.8%),13 cases (16 eyes) were treated effectively(38.1%). The total effective rate was 92.9%. CONCLUSIONS The combined therapy of acupuncture and electroacupuncturehad favorable effects in treatingophthalmoplegia.%目的 观察针刺结合电针治疗眼肌麻痹的临床疗效.方法 对37例(42只眼)眼肌麻痹患者进行电针治疗,并根据辨证分型配伍相应的穴位,观察其疗效.结果 37例患者中,治愈22例23只眼(54.8％),好转13例16只眼(38.1％),总有效率为92.9％.结论 针刺结合电针用于治疗眼肌麻痹有良好的疗效.
