基于平板微热管阵列的大功率LED路灯散热研究

     

摘要

大功率LED路灯是照明行业的发展趋势,但是目前由于散热等问题限制了其大规模推广。本文选用平板微热管阵列与翅片散热器结合的方式针对大功率LED路灯设计出一种新型的散热器,首先对所选用的平板微热管进行传热特性实验,结果表明所选用平板微热管具有良好的均温性和快速启动特性,在蒸发段外壁面温度为53℃时,达到最大热通量达到117.2 W/cm2;建立了LED路灯系统的装配模型,在ANSYS Workbench中进行稳态热模拟,结果表明新型散热器可以很好的解决大功率LED路灯的散热难题。%High-power LED lamps is considered to be the future of lighting industry, however, there are some obstacles such as heat dissipation problem that prevent its popular using. This essay suggests a new type radiator that combined flat micro-heat pipe arrays and traditional fin radiator for high-power LED lamps. Firstly, we tested the heat performance of MHPA experimentally, the results indicate that the MHPA has rapid startup, excellent temperature uniformity, and heat flux peaked at 117. 2 W/cm2 when evaporator section temperature was 53 ℃. Then we built 3-D models of LED lamps system, completed steady-heat-thermal analysis in ANSYS Workbench using Finite Element Method, the results of numerical analysis demonstrated the new radiator gets ability in dealing with heat dissipation problem of high-power LED lamps.
