目的:了解高校工作人员对于学生参与大学内部治理的关注度现状.方法:随机抽取288名广东省高校工作人员调研.结果:高校对学生参与大学治理越重视、工作开展越好,学生参与度越高(P< 0.05);关注度与学生参与度密切相关(P< 0.01).结论:学生有效参与方式较少,高校对学生参与的关注程度是影响学生参与度的重要因素.%Objective: To understand the current situation of university staff's attention to student's participation in university governance. Methods: Random sampling survey of univereity staffs. Results:Tlie higher degree of recognition and better work, the higher students' engagement (P < 0. 05); Attention is closely related to student participation (P < 0. 01). Conclusion:There are few effective ways for students to participate and the university staffs, attention is the important factor affecting students, engagement.
