健康教育对提高糖尿病患者用药依从性的影响研究

摘要

Objective To investigate and analyze the influence of health education on improving medication compliance in diabetic patients. Methods Take random way to 80 cases of diabetic patients in our hospital in recent years were divided into case group and study group with 40 cases in each group,the control group received conventional treatment,study group received routine treatment with health education based on the analysis,two groups of patients compliance with medication contrast. Results The study group compliance was significantly higher than the control group,the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of health education based on the routine treatment plus, the diabetic patients compliance with medication was significantly improved.%目的：探讨并分析健康教育对提高糖尿病患者用药依从性的影响。方法采取随机的方式将我院近年来所收治的80例糖尿病患者分为病例各40例的对照组与研究组，其中对照组予以常规治疗，研究组基于常规治疗加施健康教育，对比分析两组患者用药依从性。结果研究组服药依从性明显高于对照组，组间所存差异显著有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论基于常规治疗加施健康教育，可使糖尿病患者用药依从性得到显著的提高。
