Objective To analyze and discuss the effect of humanistic care in operating room nursing. Methods60 patients who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital were selected from August 2014 to August 2015. The patients were divided into control group and experimental group according to the nursing way. The control group was given the routine nursing content, and the experimental group was given the high-quality care and observed the nursing effect.Results The nursing effect of the experimental group was signiifcantly higher than the control group, the difference between groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The use of quality care in the operating room care, increase the content of humanistic care, can signiifcantly improve the nursing effect.%目的：分析与探讨人文关怀在手术室护理中应用效果。方法选取2014年8月-2015年8月在我院接受手术治疗的患者60例。依据护理方式将患者分为对照组与实验组，对照组给予常规护理，实验组给予优质护理，观察护理效果。结果实验组护理效果数据高于对照组，组间差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在手术室护理中采用优质护理，增加人文关怀内容，可提高护理效果。
