快速检测法与酶联免疫法(ELISA)、免疫印迹法(WB)的符合性探讨

摘要

目的探讨快速检测与酶联免疫、免疫印迹法的符合性.方法选取在本中心实验室自2008—2011年的初筛阳性并上送省疾病预防控制中心确证实验室确证阳性的样本,分析其三种方法的符合性,为艾滋病的防控提供参考.结果快速与eLiSa阳性符合性较高,达98.9%；快速与WB阳性符合性92.2%,eLiSa与WB阳性符合性93.3%,快速、eLiSa与WB的符合性相近.结论在一些尚未具备建立筛查实验室的地方建立快检点是非常有必要的,也是可行的,因为快速检测与eLiSa检测阳性符合性较高.%　　Objective To investigate the rapid detection and enzyme linked immunity,western blot method of conformity. Methods to select in the center laboratory from 2008 to 2011 the initial screen positive and sending province disease prevention and control center confirmed laboratory confirmed positive samples,analysis the third kind of method of conformity for HiV/aiDS prevention and control to provide the reference. Results fast and eLiSa positive conformity is higher,98.9%;Fast and WB positive conformity 92.2%,eLiSa and WB positive conformity 93.3%,rapid,eLiSa and conformity of the WB similar. Conclusion in some has not yet have set up screening laboratory place to establish a quick check is very necessary and feasible, because the fast detection and eLiSa test positive for higher compliance.
