全自动尿沉渣分析仪IQ200的使用与显微镜法的比较

         

摘要

Objective To investigate the IQ200 automated urine sediment analyzer,dry chemistry analyzer,the effect of application of clinical detection ofmicroscopic method. Methods Retrospective analysis of 382 inpatients in our hospital for urine test data, us-ing IQ200 automatic urine sediment analyzer,H-100 urine dry chemistry analyzer and microscopic examination of urine sedi-menttest results were statistically analyzed. Results Microscopy negative rate were higher than those of red blood cell analysis, au-tomatic urine urine dry chemistryanalyzer, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); automatic urinary sediment analyzer to check white blood cell negative rate were lower than that ofurine dry chemistry analyzer and microscopy, the difference was sta-tistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Urinary sediment analyzer and urine drychemical analyzer examination result is affected by many factors, can beinstrumental method for inspection and manual microscopy combined, so as to improve the quality of urine analysis test.%目的:探讨IQ200全自动尿沉渣分析仪、干化学分析仪、显微镜法临床检测中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析该院382例住院患者的尿检资料,对用IQ200全自动尿沉渣分析仪、H-100尿干化学分析仪和尿沉淀镜检的检验结果进行统计学处理。结果显微镜红细胞阴性率均高于全自动尿沉渣分析、尿干化学分析仪,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);全自动尿沉渣分析仪检查白细胞阴性率均低于尿干化学分析仪、显微镜检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尿沉渣分析仪和尿干化学分析仪检查结果受到多种因素影响,可以将仪器法检查和手工镜检相结合,从而提高尿液分析的检验质量。
