中风后抑郁相关因素分析与护理对策

摘要

Objective to investigate the occurrence of post-stroke depression causes, and summarizes the related nursing countermeasure. Methods will pick in January, 2012 to January 2015 in the hospital treatment of 100 cases of stroke pa-tients, for patients with interview and survey, through the questionnaire investigation of the patient's general condition, such as: gender, educational level, age, degree of understanding of disease, family for their support, and a nurse or a care giving care, to rate and degree of depression for patients. Results 46 cases of 100 cases of patients in a state of depression, the main cause of the depression of the severity of disease, family social support, nurses, health care workers care and patients understanding of disease degree. Conclusion the clinical reason should be combined with the depression of patients to take pertinent measures to care.%目的：调查中风后抑郁的发生原因，并总结相关护理对策。方法择取2012年1月—2015年1月于笔者医院治疗中风的100例患者，为患者进行访谈，通过调查问卷调查患者的一般情况，如：性别、文化程度、年龄、对疾病的了解程度、家庭给予的支持以及护士或护工给予的照料情况，并对患者抑郁程度进行评分。结果100例患者中有46例处于抑郁状态，导致抑郁的主要原因为疾病严重程度、家庭社会支持、护士、护工的照料情况以及患者对疾病的了解程度。结论临床应结合患者的具体抑郁原因采取针对性的措施予以护理。
