目的：研究分析精细化健康体检管理模式在体检中心应用情况以及效果评估。方法选取2012年1月-2015年1月在该院体检中心体检的体检者340例，按照管理方式不同分为观察组和对照组，每组体检者170例。观察组采取精细化健康体检管理模式对体检者进行特殊护理。对照组仅对体检者进行传统护理服务。比较分析两组体检者的体检满意度以及健康知识掌握率。结果观察组与对照组护理满意度分别为94.1%和79.4%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组健康知识掌握率分别为95.3%和84.7%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用精细化健康体检管理模式于体检中心，可提高体检者对于医学健康知识的了解和学习，有利于促进护患关系和谐，对于体检系统效率的提高具有重要意义。%Objective To analysis the effect evaluation of fine physical examination management mode application in a medical center. Methods In our hospital physical examination center medical examination of 340 cases between January 2012 and January 2012 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the management way, 170 cases in each group. The patients in observation group were took by fine physical examination management mode for medical special care.The patients in control group were took by only physical examination for traditional nursing care. The medical check-up satisfaction and rate of health knowledge were detected and compared between two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction of observation group and control group was 94.1% and 79.4% respectively, the difference was sta-tistically significant (P<0.05). Observation group and control group health knowledge rate was 95.3% and 84.7% respective-ly, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Application of fine healthy physical examination man-agement mode in the physical examination center could improve the physical examination for medical health knowledge and learning and promote the harmonious relationship between nurses and patients, was of great significance for a medical sys-tem efficiency.
