探讨护理部实施走动式管理模式进行全院护理质量控制的效果

             

摘要

目的:针对医院护理部实行走动式的管理模式对于全院范围内护理工作的质量水平起到的控制效果展开探究和总结。方法在2013-2015年间,针对在该院工作的300名临床护理人员,对其实施走动式的管理模式,实施后分组;同时取2013年以前该院300名护理人员的护理质量水平记录资料,将其作为实施前分组。对照分析在施行走动式的管理模式前后,对于护理工作所起到的影响。结果在实施了走动式管理之后,包括基础护理实行走动式的管理模式之前评分为(94.31±1.58)分,实行之后评分为(98.25±0.59)分;特一级护理实行走动式的管理模式之前评分为(92.29±1.57)分,实行之后评分为(98.11±0.39)分;文件书写情况实行走动式的管理模式之前评分为(93.51±1.28)分,实行之后评分为(97.35±0.12)分;病区管理实行走动式的管理模式之前评分为(94.51±1.08)分,实行之后评分为(96.24±2.11)分;重点护理实行走动式的管理模式之前评分为(92.11±2.68)分,实行之后评分为(97.11±0.19)分;管理医院感染实行走动式的管理模式之前评分为(94.65±2.54)分,实行之后评分为(98.08±0.28)分;管理急救药品以及器械实行走动式的管理模式之前评分为(93.25±2.05)分,实行之后评分为(98.11±0.02)分;患者对于护理工作的满意程度实行走动式的管理模式之前评分为(94.58±1.98)分,实行之后评分为(97.89±0.38)分。明显好于实施走动式管理之前的各项评分,对比差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论医院护理部门实行走动式的管理模式,对于护理工作来说,可以及时地发现可能会存在的各种不足,并对其进行适当的改进和调整,有助于提升工作质量,利于医院长远发展。%Objective To study and summarize the effect of the implementation of management model by walking around in the department of nursing for nursing quality control of the whole hospital. Methods 300 cases of clinical nursing personnel in our hospital from 2013 to 2015 were given the management model by walking around and divided into two groups after implementation, the record data of nursing quality level of 300 cases of nursing personnel before 2013 were selected and they were divided into groups before implementation, the effect on nursing work before and after implementing the management model by walking around was compared and analyzed. Results After the score before the implementation of management by walking around, including basic nursing practice management model for walking around (94.31 ± 1.58) points, the score was (98.25±0.59) points after implementation;before a special care to implement management by walking around Ratings was (92.29 ± 1.57) points after implementation score was (98.11 ± 0.39) points; file writing case implement ratings before walking around management style (93.51±1.28) points, the score was (97.35± 0.12) after the implementation of sub; disease Rating previous zone management practice walking around management model for the (94.51 ± 1.08) points, the score was (96.24 ± 2.11) points after implementation; rated (92.11 ± 2.68) before the focus of nursing practice walking around management style points, after the implementation of ratings It was (97.11 ± 0.19) points;before managing first-aid medicines and equipment to implement walking around management style; rates before walking around management model for the (94.65± 2.54) points, the score was (98.08± 0.28) after the implementation of sub-management of hospital infection implementation rated (93.25±2.05) points, the score was (98.11± 0.02) after the implementation of sub;patient for nursing job satisfaction implemented rated (94.58 ± 1.98) before walking around management style points score after the implementation of (97.89 ± 0.38) points. Are significantly better than the implementation of the score management by walking around before the presence of the control, The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of management model by walking around in the department of nursing of our hospital can timely find out various disadvantages perhaps existing in the nursing work and we can appropriately improve and adjust them thus contributing to improving the work quality, which is conducive to the long-term development.
