目标管理模式下护士长工作量化考核的效果评价

         

摘要

目的:探讨目标管理在护士长工作量化考核中的应用与效果。方法设定管理目标,从科室业务工作量、人力资源、岗位管理、护士培训、护理质量等方面对护士长实施量化考核。结果实施目标管理模式下的护士长工作量化考核第一年和第二年的病区护理综合质量比较,由74分提升到95分,综合达标率第二年明显提高(100>92.59%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论目标管理模式下的护士长工作量化考核,有助于规范护士长的工作行为,将护理工作制度和流程规范化、专业化、精细化,增加对护士长工作的过程控制和结果控制,增强护理服务的市场核心竞争力。%Objective To study the application and effect of target management in the quantitative assessment of head nurse's work. Methods The management target was set, and the head nurses were given quantitative assessment from the aspects of department business workload, human resources, position management, nurse training and nursing quality. Re-sults The head nurse working quantify performance goals under the management mode of the first and second years of com-prehensive quality care ward comparison, the 74 points raised to 95 points the second year of a comprehensive compliance rate significantly increased (100>92.59%), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The quantitative assessment of head nurse's work in the target management model contributes to standardizing the work behavior of head nurses, and standardizing, specializing and refining the nursing work system and process, enhancing the course control and result control of head nurses and enhancing the market core competiveness of nursing services.
