以“家庭医生式服务模式”为中心的3+2助理全科医师临床综合课程教学模式探讨

     

摘要

“3+2”助理全科医师是指前三年进行医学专科教育,后两年毕业后进行规范化的临床实践培训,全科医师是社区全科医疗的主要执行者,工作中对综合性及基层性的要求更高,传统教学模式学员主动参与的机会相对较为缺乏,学员在学习过程中缺乏主动积极性,难以做到准确灵活的将所学到的知识运用到实际工作中;而“以家庭医生式服务模式”可提高学员的主动学习的积极性,并在学习中不断的发现自身的问题,培养了学生实际问题的解决能力、团队合作意识、交流表达能力,将学员的学习热情和兴趣最大程度的激发出来,使学习质量得到明显提高。因此,“家庭医生式服务模式”为中心的3+2助理全科医师临床综合课程教学模式是一种切实可行的临床教学模式,但由于在临床教学上应用的较少,需要在不断的实践中发现问题并进一步完善,并在3+2助理全科医师临床综合课程教学中的重要作用得到充分发挥。%3+2 assistant general practitioner refers to undergoing medical college education in the first three years, and normalized clinical practice training after graduation in the last two years, the general practitioner is the major executor of community general medical practice and has a higher requirement for comprehensiveness and basic level in work, under the traditional model, the change of active participation is relatively lack, and the initiative and enthusiasm of learners in learn-ing process are lack, and it is difficult for the learners to apply the knowledge they have learnt to the practical work; while family doctor service model can improve the enthusiasm of initiative learning of learners, constantly find out their own prob-lems in learning, cultivate the practical problem-solving ability, team spirit and communication and expression ability, fur-thest motivate the study enthusiasm and interest of learners and obviously improve the study quality. Therefore, 3+2 assis-tant general practitioners taking family doctor service model as the center is a feasible clinical teaching model, which needs to further improved in the constant practice due to the fewer applications in clinical teaching, and its important function is fully exerted in clinical integrated courses teaching model of 3+2 assistant general practitioners.
