刍议一起食物中毒事故调查处理中存在的问题

The food poisoning event seriously threatens people's physical and mental health and even life, therefore, doing a good job in the emergency handling of food poisoning events is of great significance, however, there are still many prob-lems and disadvantages when the relevant department handle the food poisoning event, the paper provides the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions by analyzing the existing problems in the survey handing of a food poisoning accident and hopes to be of a certain practical guidance significance to the future survey and handing work of food poisoning.%食物中毒事件严重威胁人民的身心健康甚至生命，因此，做好食物中毒事件应急处置意义重大。然而，相关部门在处置食物中毒事件时，仍存在较多问题和不足，笔者通过对一起食物中毒事故调查处理中存在的问题进行分析，提出相应的对策和建议，希望对以后食物中毒调查与处理工作具有一定的实际指导意义。
