超声测量在妊娠期糖尿病产前管理中的应用研究

妊娠期糖尿病是一种具有高危性质的妊娠并发症，其容易引发巨大儿、超重儿等新生儿畸形的案例é根据门诊经验，大部分的妊娠期糖尿病患者并无明显的临床症状或者其他生命体征，导致孕妇产前检查的效果并不理想，严重威胁着孕妇和胎儿的生命安全，也影响着新生儿的质量é因此，规范化产前管理及采用有效的筛查方法进行产前检查，对降低新生儿畸形率和采取适当的分娩方式有着重要的意义é该研究主要浅谈胎儿生长异常的相关判断标准及其在临床治疗中所提供的信息作用，分析超声测量在妊娠期糖尿病产前管理中的应用，目的在于为提升产前筛查准确率、降低新生儿畸形率及降低产妇生产风险提供参考依据é%Gestational diabetes is a kind of with characteristics of high risk pregnancy complications, it is easy to cause birth defects such as macrosomia, overweight son's case. According to the experience of outpatient service, the majority of patients with gestational diabetes and no obvious clinical symptoms or other vital signs, lead to the effect of prenatal exami-nation is not ideal, a serious threat to the life safety of pregnant women and fetus, also affects the quality of the newborn. Therefore, standardization of prenatal management and adopt effective screening method for antenatal examination, to de-crease the rate of birth defects and to take appropriate delivery method has important significance. This article mainly dis-cuss about judgment of abnormal fetal growth related judgment standard and its effect on the provided information in the clinical treatment, analysis of ultrasonic measurement in gestational diabetes management, the application of prenatal aims to improve prenatal screening accuracy and decrease the rate of birth defects and reduce the risk of maternal production provide a reference basis.
