二维超声联合四维超声诊断不同孕期胎儿畸形临床分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the clinical value of two dimensional ultrasound combined with four dimensional ultrasound in diagnosing fetal mal-formation at different stages of pregnancy.Methods 1348 cases of pregnant women for prenatal examination in our hospital,according to the gestation period were divided into three groups,early pregnancy group (11-17+6 weeks)in 261 cases,mid pregnancy group (18-27+6 weeks)in 675 cases of late pregnancy (28-40+6 weeks)in 412 cases.First of all patients to implement two-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis of suspected fetal malforma-tions of pregnant women to implement two-dimensional ultrasound combined four-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis.Compare the diagnostic results of different diagnostic methods and the diagnosis of fetal malformation in different pregnant women.Results 1348 cases of pregnant women,suspected fetal malformation in 101 cases,combined with four-dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of two-dimensional ultrasound was significantly im-proved compared with two-dimensional ultrasound,significant difference (P < 0.05);early pregnancy group,pregnancy group and late pregnancy group compared with the two dimensional ultrasound diagnosis rate significantly improved rate of two-dimensional ultrasound combined with four-di-mensional ultrasound diagnosis,significant difference (P < 0.05).Conclusion two dimensional ultrasound combined with four dimensional ultrasound in diagnosis of fetal malformation in different pregnancy results in good effect,can improve the accuracy of fetal malformation diagnosis,it is worthy of clinical application.%目的：：分析二维超声联合四维超声诊断不同孕期胎儿畸形的临床价值.方法：选取在我院进行产前检查的不同孕期妇女1348例，按妊娠周期不同分为三组，妊娠早期组(11－17＋6周)261例，妊娠中期组(18－27＋6周)675例，妊娠晚期(28－40＋6周)412例.先对所有患者实施二维超声诊断，对疑为胎儿畸形的孕妇实施二维超声联合四维超声诊断.比较不同诊断方式的诊断结果及不同孕期妇女的胎儿畸形诊断情况.结果：1348例孕妇中，疑诊为胎儿畸形孕妇101例，二维超声联合四维超声诊断率较二维超声明显提高，差异显著(P＜0．05)；妊娠早期组、妊娠中期组及妊娠晚期组二维超声联合四维超声诊断率较二维超声诊断率明显提高，差异显著(P＜0．05).结论：二维超声联合四维超声诊断不同孕期胎儿畸形应用效果较好，可提高胎儿畸形诊断的准确性，值得临床推广.
