目的：对放疗与新辅助化疗联合治疗局部晚期宫颈癌的疗效进行观察和比较。方法随机选取该院于2013年3月-2015年5月收治的80例局部晚期宫颈癌患者，随机分成两组，对照组(n=40)采用单纯放疗方法治疗，治疗组(n=40)则采用放疗与新辅助化疗联合治疗，观察和比较两种治疗方法的疗效。结果治疗组治疗总有效率为85.00%，对照组治疗总有效率为37.50%，组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论放疗与新辅助化疗联合治疗局部晚期宫颈癌疗效显著，不良反应少，值得临床推广与应用。%Objective To observe and compare the effect of radiotherapy with that of neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy in the treatment of locally advanced cervical cancer. Methods Eighty cases with locally advanced cervical cancer admitted in our hospital from March 2013 to May 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the control group (n=40) and the treatment group (n=40). Patients in the control group were treated by radiotherapy, while those in the treatment group were treated by neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy. And the effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The overall response rate was much higher in the treatment group than that in the control group (85.00%vs 37.50%), the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy has significant effect on locally advanced cervical cancer with less adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
