目的：对比CT与MRI对腰椎间盘突出症（LDH）的临床诊断价值。方法回顾性分析该院收治的62例LDH患者的临床资料。以手术结果为金标准，对比分析CT及MRI对LDH的诊断准确率。结果经手术证实，62例LDH患者中，椎间盘突出22例，椎间盘膨出14例，椎间盘脱出11例，椎间盘结节10例，椎间盘游离5例。MRI诊断准确率为95.16%，显著高于CT 80.65%（P<0.05）。结论CT及MRI各有优缺点，与CT相比，MRI对LDH的诊断准确率更高，临床诊断中医师应根据患者实际情况合理选择诊断方式。%Objective To compare CT and MRI for lumbar disc herniation (LDH) clinical diagnostic value. Methods The clinical data of 62 cases were retrospective analyzed which patients with LDH. The operation results was regarded as the gold standard to analysis the accuracy rate of diagnosis CT and MRI on LDH. Results Was confirmed by operation that 22 cases were lumbar disc herniation, 14 cases were intervertebral disc protrusion, 11 cases were lumbar disc prolapse, 10 cases were intervertebral disc nod-ules, 5 cases were intervertebral disc free in 62 patients with LDH. The diagnostic accuracy rate of MRI was 95.16%, the diagnos-tic accuracy rate of CT was 80.65%, the difference was significantly higher (P<0.05). Conclusion CT and MRI have their own ad-vantages and disadvantages. The diagnostic accuracy rate of MRI was higher CT. TCM should be a reasonable choice of diagnosis according to the actual situation of patients.
