目的：评价神经阻滞疗法在治疗颈性疼痛的临床疗效及安全性。方法将60例颈源性疼痛患者随机分为观察组与对照组，每组各30例。两组所有颞部疼痛或闷胀不适患者给予耳颞神经阻滞治疗，所有顶枕部疼痛伴有颈部僵硬不适患者给予颈椎旁神经阻滞，观察组在此基础上给予星状神经节阻滞治疗。结果经过4次治疗，观察组患者颈性疼痛总有效率为86.67豫明显高于对照组总有效率53.33豫，观察组治疗后VAS评分明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论星状神经节阻滞治疗颈性头痛疗效显著，安全性好，有一定的短期临床优势。%Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and safety of nerve block therapy in the treatment neck pain. Methods 60 cases with Cervical pain were divided into observation group and control group, each with 30 cases.
