目的：探讨微导管联合平行导丝技术在冠脉闭塞性病变中的应用效果。方法随机选取2014年12月—2015年12月该院收治的80例冠脉闭塞性病变患者为研究对象，随机划分为试验组与对照组，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果试验组的平均手术时间为(11.2±1.4) h短于对照组的(21.1±1.6) h ，差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。试验组的手术成功率、并发症发生率均分别为100.00%、0.00%优于对照组的65.00%、20.00%，差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论在治疗冠状动脉慢性闭塞病变过程中应用微导管和平行导丝技术，疗效确切，安全可靠，值得在临床上推广。%Objective To observe the micro tube joint parallel thread technology application effect in coronary occlusion lesions. Methods Random selecting in December 2014 to December 2015, our hospital 80 cases of coronary artery occlu-sion lesions patients as the research object, and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, compare the treatment effect of two groups of patients. Results Experimental average operation time was shorter than the control group (11.2±1.4)h of(21.1±1.6)h, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Experimental operation success rate, complica-tion rate were respectively 100.00%, 0.00%is better than that of control group were 65.00%,20.00%, the difference was statis-tically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of chronic coronary artery occlusion lesions in the process of appli-cation of micro catheter and parallel spinning technology, curative effect, safe and reliable, and is worth popularizing in clinic.
