甜菜碱湿法制粒工艺参数研究

摘要

Betaine powder as main material,the optimum wet granulation process parameters by granulation,cast-rounding,drying were determined.Dried betaine particles (20~60 mesh) yield as the index, orthogonal test was set,and three factors included water dosage,excipient content,sieve mesh.The results showed that while excipient,water,sieve mesh were 20%,15%,16 mesh,respectively,and the production rate was the highest.%试验通过对甜菜碱粉剂制粒、抛圆、烘干处理，旨在获得甜菜碱湿法制粒的理想工艺参数。以烘干后颗粒（20～60目）的产出率为评价指标，以加水量、赋形剂添加量、摇摆振动筛筛孔大小为影响因素，设计L9（33）正交试验。试验结果表明：在加水量为20%，赋形剂含量为15%，筛网为16目时，湿法制粒的成品率最高。
