丁酸梭菌与鼠李糖乳杆菌体外混合培养对肠道致病菌的影响

         

摘要

本试验研究了丁酸梭菌与鼠李糖乳杆菌混合培养对肠道中沙门氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、产气荚膜梭菌和大肠杆菌4种致病菌的影响。结果表明:丁酸梭菌对这4种菌均有明显的抑制作用,可使其菌落数下降3~5个数量级;鼠李糖乳杆菌可降低产气荚膜梭菌、沙门氏菌菌落数;丁酸梭菌与鼠李糖乳杆菌混合培养可使4种致病菌菌落数均下降3~4个数量级。由此可见,两种菌混合培养对4种病原微生物的抑制无协同作用。%This experiment was conducted to study the effects of the mixed culture of Clostridium butyricum and Lac-tobacillus rhamnosus on intestinal pathogens,including Salmonella gallinarum,Staphylococcus aureus,Clostridium perfrin-gens and Escherichia coli.The results showed that:the Clostridium butyricum significantly inhibited the number of these four types of bacteria and made them down 3 ~ 5 orders of magnitude;Lactobacillus rhamnosus reduced Clostridium per-fringens,Salmonella gallinarum colonies;the mixed culture of Clostridium butyricum and Lactobacillus rhamnosus made four kinds of bacteria down 3~4 orders of magnitude.The results indicated that the mixed culture of strains had no syner-gistic inhibition effect on the four kinds of pathogenic microorganisms.
