豆皮和花生皮对生长獭兔的营养价值评定

摘要

为评定豆皮和花生皮对生长獭兔的营养价值，试验将18只60日龄平均体重为（1.64±0.20）kg的健康白色獭兔随机分为3组，每组6只。Ⅰ组为基础饲粮组，Ⅱ组为豆皮饲粮组（85%基础饲粮+15%豆皮原料），Ⅲ组为花生皮饲粮组（85%基础饲粮+15%花生皮原料），试验期为14 d。结果显示：豆皮与花生皮中的总能（GE）以及干物质（DM）、粗蛋白质（CP）、粗脂肪（EE）、粗纤维（CF）、中性洗涤纤维（NDF）、酸性洗涤纤维（ADF）、酸性洗涤木质素（ADL）、粗灰分、钙（Ca）、磷（P）、无氮浸出物（NFE）的含量分别为15.43 MJ/kg、88.03%、11.47%、1.42%、40.51%、57.64%、39.68%、15.29%、5.57%、0.46%、0.12%、28.48%与15.20 MJ/kg、87.71%、8.06%、1.07%、57.23%、67.54%、53.83%、16.46%、7.56%、0.40%、0.09%、13.79%；生长獭兔对豆皮和花生皮的表观消化能分别为6.57 MJ/kg 和5.19 MJ/kg，生长獭兔对豆皮与花生皮中的GE、DM、CP、EE、CF、NDF、ADF、Ash、Ca、P和NFE的表观消化率分别为43.81%、41.26%、73.38%、41.31%、25.95%、48.23%、40.88%、66.34%、70.05%、31.42%、62.33%与34.14%、34.99%、54.21%、25.63%、21.01%、37.64%、33.93%、68.90%、58.03%、34.83%、49.33%。生长獭兔对豆皮和花生皮中的不同营养成分消化率存在一定差异，结合饲料原料营养物质含量总体分析，豆皮对生长獭兔的营养价值要高于花生皮。%This trial was carried out to evaluate the nutritional values of soybean hull and peanut shell for growing Rex rabbits.Eighteen white growing Rex rabbits at the age of 60 days with average body weight of(1.70±0.20)kg were ran-domly divided into 3 groups of 6 each.GroupⅠwas basal diet group,groupⅡwas soybean hull diet group(85%basal diet+15% soybean hull materials),group Ⅲ was peanut shell diet group (85% basal diet+15%peanut shell materials).The ex-periment time was 14 days.The results showed as follows:gross energy(GE)and contents of dry matter(DM),crude protein (CP),ether extract(EE),crude fiber(CF),neutral detergent fiber(NDF),acid detergent fiber(ADF),acid detergent lignin (ADL),crude ash,Ca,P and nitrogen free extract (NFE)of soybean hull were 15.43 MJ/kg,88.03%,11.47%,1.42%, 40.51%,57.64%,39.68%,15.29%,5.57%,0.46%,0.12%,28.48%,respectively,and those of peanut shells were 15.20 MJ/kg,87.71%,8.06%,1.07%,57.23%,67.54%,53.83%,16.46%,7.56%,0.40%,0.09%,13.79%;The apparent digestible en-ergy of soybean hull and peanut shell were 6.57 MJ/kg and 5.19 MJ/kg, respectively.Apparent digestibility of GE,DM, CP,EE,CF,NDF,ADF,crude ash,Ca,P and NFE of soybean hull were 43.81%,41.26%,73.38%,41.31%,25.95%, 48.23%,40.88%,66.34%,70.05%,31.42%,62.33% and 34.14%,34.99%,54.21%,25.63%,21.01%,37.64%,33.93%, 68.90%,58.03%,34.83%,49.33%,respectively.There were certain differences on nu trient digestibility between soybean hull and peanut shell for growing Rex rabbits,nutritional values of soybean hull was better than those of peanut shell com-bined with the chemical analysis of feed ingredients.
