丁苯橡胶接枝马来酸酐增容丁苯橡胶/蛭石复合材料的制备

             

摘要

通过力化学接枝反应制得丁苯橡胶接枝马来酸酐,用傅里叶变换衰减全反射红外光谱对接枝物进行了定性表征.将所制备的丁苯橡胶接枝马来酸酐应用于丁苯橡胶/蛭石复合材料体系中,研究了膨胀蛭石和接枝单体马来酸酐的用量对复合材料性能的影响,并通过电子扫描显微镜观察了复合材料内部的微观结构.实验结果表明:当接枝单体用量为6 phr、膨胀蛭石用量为15 phr时,复合材料综合性能较好.适量丁苯橡胶接枝马来酸酐的生成,有利于改善丁苯橡胶与膨胀蛭石两相间的界面结合.%Grafting of maleic anhydride onto styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR-g-MAH) was prepared by mechanochemical grafting reaction,and the grafting copolymer was qualitatively analyzed by fourier transform attenuated total reflection infrared spectroscopy (ATR-FTIR). The composite of SBR/VMT was produced with SBR-g-MAH as compatilizer. The effects of dosages of MAH and expanded vermiculite(EVMT) to the composite were investigated. The microscopic structure of the composite was observed through the scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results showed that the composite with better comprehensive properties was obtained,when the dosages of MAH and EVMT were 6 phr and 15 phr separately. The production of right amount of SBR-g-MAH can improve the compatibility of two-phase in the composite.
