NBR/PVC橡塑共混发泡材料的影响因素研究

         

摘要

In this paper,some parameters to synthesize the blending foam materials were studied, which include ratio of rubber and plastic,different curing systems and the dosage of foam agents, plas-ticizer (DOP) and filler (CaCO3). When the ratio of NBR and PVC was 70/30, the foam materials showed the highest obturator rate, the smallest density and the best mechanical properties. Additionally, density of foam materials increased with increasing the dosage of sulfur. And,in the low sulphur high promote system,curing rate can match the foam speed very well, which generated the best properties of products. In the appropriate curing system, the density of foam materials decreased with increase of foaming agents. Also,plasticizer (DOP) showed the same effect. The highest obturator rate has been got when the dosage of DOP was 30%. However,the filler revealed reverse influences on the density of products,that is,the usage of filler increased the density.%通过调整橡塑并用配比、硫化体系、发泡剂用量、增塑剂邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)用量以及填料碳酸钙的用量研究其对共混发泡材料的影响.结果表明:当丁腈橡胶(NBR)/聚氯乙烯(PVC)并用配比为70/30时,发泡制品闭孔率最高,密度最小,力学性能最好;发泡制品密度随硫磺用量的增加呈现增加趋势,在低硫高促体系下,硫化速度和发泡速度匹配最好,制品性能最佳;在合适的硫化体系下,发泡制品密度随发泡剂量的增加而减小;随增塑剂DOP用量的增加,制品密度逐渐减小,当DOP用量为30份时,得到制品闭孔率最高;碳酸钙用量对模压发泡制品影响明显,其用量越多,密度越高.
