国内外氯化聚乙烯市场现状及技术分析

The production status of chlorinated polyethylene at home and abroad was summarized,the application of chlorinated polyethylene in plastic and rubber was introduced respectively,Suggestions for the development of chlorinated polyethylene industry in our country were put forwarded.Several production process of chlorinated polyethylene was introduced.The kettle-type gas & solid phase chlorinating process,solution process,hydrochloric acid phase suspension process,and aqueous phase suspension process were compared one another.It is pointed that the advantages of aqueous phase suspension process developed overseas are notable.%综述了国内外氯化聚乙烯(CPE)的生产现状,分析了CPE产品在塑料、橡胶等领域的应用情况,并对CPE的市场进行了分析及预测,对今后我国CPE的发展提出了建议.介绍了CPE的几种生产工艺,比较了釜式气固相氯化工艺、溶液法工艺、盐酸相悬浮工艺、水相悬浮法工艺,认为国外开发的水相悬浮法工艺优点显著.
