自清洁阻燃热塑性材料的制备及性能研究

         

摘要

选用聚丙烯(PP)/乙烯-辛烯弹性体(POE)/硅橡胶(MVQ)为基材制备热塑性弹性体(TPV),并添加无卤阻燃剂来改善TPV的阻燃性能.讨论了不同无卤阻燃剂以及无卤阻燃剂并用的改性方法对材料的力学性能和阻燃特性的影响;另外,讨论了MVQ用量对TPV疏水性能的影响.结果表明,当阻燃剂采用33%(质量分数,下同)的Al(OH).并用3%的甲基磷酸二甲酯(DMMP)及2%的阻燃膨胀石墨EG-200时,TPV的氧指数达到32%,阻燃性能最佳,并且材料的力学性能更佳;随着MVQ用量的增加,TPV的临界表面张力降低,共混材料具有自清洁性.%In this paper,PP/POE/MVQ was used as the base material to prepare thermoplastic elastomer (TPV),and adding halogen-free flame-retardant to improve the flame retardant properties of TPV.The effects on mechanical properties and flame retardant properties of TPV were discussed with the modified methods of using different kinds of halogen-free flame-retardants,and cooperation of halogen-free flame-retardants.In addition,the effect on the hydrophobicity of TPV with different content of MVQ was discussed.The results showed that the oxygen index of the TPV was 32%,and the mechanical properties of the TPV were better with 33 % (mass fraction) Al(OH)3 and 3 % (mass fraction)dimethyl methyl phosphonate(DMMP) and 2% (mass fraction)EG-200;The surface tension of TPV decreased with the increase of the content of MVQ.
