Adding nano-SiO 2 which was modified by silane coupling agent KH-550,the nano-SiO 2/polyurethane elastomer composite materials were synthesized by using in situ polymerization method. The mechanical properties of the polyurethane elastomer were improved by the addition of the modi-fied nano-SiO 2 (the tensile strength was 41.38 MPa,about 65% higher than that of the unmodified polyurethane elastomer,and the maximum tear strength was 121.25 kN/m,about 62% higher than that of the unmodified polyurethane elastomer),the effect was remarkable;the decomposition of modi-fied nano-SiO 2/polyurethane elastomer composites was slower than that of the unmodified polyure-thane elastomer at high temperature.The damping properties of modified nano-SiO 2/polyurethane elastomers were improved,such as broadening the damping temperature domain.%用硅烷偶联剂 KH-550对纳米 SiO 2进行表面接枝改性,得到改性纳米 SiO 2,采用原位聚合物法合成了纳米 SiO 2/聚氨酯弹性体复合材料.结果表明,改性纳米 SiO 2的加入,提高了聚氨酯弹性体的力学性能(拉伸强度为41.38 MPa,较未改性的聚氨酯弹性体提高了约65%,最大撕裂强度为121.25 kN/m,较未改性的聚氨酯弹性体提高了约62%,效果显著);高温条件下添加了改性纳米 SiO 2复合材料的分解速度比纯聚氨酯弹性体要慢;纳米 SiO 2改善了聚氨酯弹性体的阻尼性能,拓宽了阻尼温域.
