三种环保石蜡油对EPDM性能的影响

摘要

Three kinds of new paraffin oils were compounded to EPDM respectively as softeners, and the effects of the paraffin oils on EPDM performance were studied.The results showed that the three kinds of new paraffin oils had no significant influence on scorching time,w hich did not affect the processing safety.Paraffin oil 2280 improved the vulcanization efficiency of vulcanized EPDM rubber. With increasing the content of the three kinds of new paraffin oils respectively,tensile strength of EP-DM gradually decreased,and tear strength increased,and abrasive resistance decreased.Under the same content,the paraffin oil 2280 maintains a large tensile strength compared with the others.Three kinds of new paraffin oils have all improved the fatigue resistance of EPDM,and for paraffin oil 2280 flex-ability performance is the best with the addition of 45 phr.%将三种环保石蜡油作为软化剂分别加入到三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)中,研究比较三种石蜡油对EPDM 加工性能、物理机械性能及屈挠性能的影响.结果表明,三种石蜡油对EPDM 加工性能的影响相近;随着石蜡油添加量增多,EPDM 拉伸强度逐渐下降,撕裂强度先增大后减小,磨耗性能降低.相同添加量下,石蜡油2280能够较好地保持硫化胶的拉伸性能.三种石蜡油都明显提高EPDM 的耐屈挠疲劳性,其中加入45份石蜡油2280时,屈挠性能最佳.
