ADAMS与ANSYS Workbench在减速器课程设计教学中的应用

         

摘要

ADAMS and ANSYS Workbench were used to an auxi-liary teaching of cylindrical gear decelerator curriculum design, the movement of the mechanism and deformation were showed to students with a form of visualization. The kinematic simulation of gear decelerator was completed with ADAMS, the static and modal analysis of output shaft were completed with ANSYS Workbench, and the corresponding results were gotten, the error was in the allowable range compared with the theoretical value, so the simulation results were believed to be reasonable.%将ADAMS与ANSYS Workbench运用于一级圆柱直齿减速器课程设计的辅助教学,把机构的运动过程和受力变形以可视化的形式向学生展示。运用ADAMS完成减速器的运动学仿真,利用ANSYS Workbench对输出轴进行静力学分析和模态分析,得到相应的结果,与理论值比较,误差在允许范围内,故认为仿真结果合理。
