基于工作流技术的放射科报告工作流程建模与实现

摘要

Nowadays, hospitals in China are not only facing to the pressure of rapidly growing patient visit, but more and more problems of traditional management mode and business process. This results in the urgent requirement of reforming the management mode and re-engineering the old business process. In recent years, workflow technology has expanded substantially into the healthcare industry, which provides an information technology platform for the business process re-engineering. Hospitals may seize the opportunity of information construction to re-engineer business process by using workflow technology, which may help to establish scientific management mode, improve work efficiency and medical quality and provide better social service. The purpose of this paper is to create and develop workflow model for reporting process in radiology department. Also we describe some typical problems and requirement that can be solved by using workflow technology.%目前,医院正面临着与日俱增的病人就诊量,且传统管理模式和业务流程存在着诸多弊端,迫切需要管理模式的变革及业务流程的再造.近年来,工作流技术在医疗信息系统中的应用为医院业务流程再造提供了信息技术平台,医院应充分利用信息化建设契机,应用工作流技术对业务流程进行再造,建立科学的管理模式,提高工作效率和医疗质量.旨在应用工作流技术来建模并实现放射科报告流程,并阐述工作流技术应用可以解决的一系列问题及需求.
