目的：目前国内读卡器的厂商比较多，驱动程序也各不一样，造成区域卫生信息平台内各医疗机构的读写设备具有单一性，而且接口改造困难重重。方法：提出将不同厂商的读卡器驱动加以封装，生成一个共有的动态库文件supcard1.0.dll。结果：这样封装起来的不同厂商读卡器可以在所有医疗机构通用，实现了跨地区跨机构应用设备，并且软件接口具有开放性。结论：实验证明，本方法是积极有效的，并得到普遍推广。%Objective: It is because many card reader manufactures and different drivers that the reading and writing device has the uniqueness and the interface modification has much difficulty. Method: Therefore, the health department proposes that the card reader drivers of different manufactures should be encapsulated and a common dynamic library file of supcard1.0.dll should be generated. Result:Finally, all medical institutions can use the encapsulation card reader, and the software interface is open. Conclusion:Experiments show that the way is positive and effective popularized generally.
