This article analyzed the development process of the guideline of diagnosis and treatment of acute chest pain, as well as the certification standards of chest pain center, proposed the concept of chest pain center development and inspiration for the future of the medical model, and accumulated the experience of the construction of chest pain centers and development of emergency medical model.%通过分析急性胸痛诊疗规范的发展历程，以及我国胸痛中心认证标准的具体内容，提出了我国胸痛中心发展的理念及其对未来医疗模式的启发，为加快推进我国胸痛中心的建设和急救医疗模式的发展开拓了思路，积累了经验。
