远程医疗会诊系统在医疗匮乏地区的应用探索

摘要

目的:以甘肃远程医疗实际应用为例,探讨远程医疗会诊系统对基层发挥的高效作用.方法:对入网医院的构成比及近10年远程会诊量进行统计分析,对比甘肃远程会诊平台取得的效益.结果:2007-2016年甘肃远程医疗会诊量累计达27 149例,为患者节约医疗费用约2 700多万元.结论:甘肃远程医疗的开展为偏远地区的患者提供了快捷、便利、节省、高效的就医新模式,切实有效地加强基层医疗机构的救治能力和服务水平.%Objective:To explore the effective role of Telemedicine system based on the practical application of Gansu remote network diagnosis in primary hospitals.Methods:The Information data and survey data of network hospital structure and teleconsultation quantity in 10 years were analyzed,contrast benefits oftelemedicine in Gansu Province.Results:In 2007-2016 Gansu teleconsultation add up to 27,149 cases,saving cost about more than 27 million yuan for patients.Conclusion:Gansu telemedicine provides a fast,convenient,economical and highly effective new mode for patients,and improve the ability of hospital services in primary hospitals.
