产业一体与空间均衡视角的生态文明构建理念和道路选择∗

摘要

生态文明建设的要求给中国社会经济的发展提出了新目标。长期以来，中国过于倚重经济效率的目标取向随着整体经济进入升级转型，社会经济发展过程中积累的矛盾和问题逐渐浮出水面，给生态文明建设与可持续发展带来了严峻的挑战。该文从生态文明理念下可持续发展角度出发，提出产业一体化和空间均衡两个角度，对中国可持续发展道路选择进行了分析和判断。在对当前中国产业一体化和空间失衡现象总结的基础上，提出了产业一体与空间均衡的可持续发展观，并就未来发展的优先行动方案进行了阐述。%Ecological civilization construction is the new requirement and goal of China in the coming future. Dependent deeply in purpose of economic efficiency and lack of sustainable works, unsustainable and un-efficiency problems are emerging and impair Chinaˊs development. As the transform and industrial upgrade overall economy, industry integration and spatial equilibrium will be mention in this paper. New perspectives of sustainable develop-ment depend on industrial integration and economic spatial equilibrium will be analysis and the priority action plan will be expounded in the end.
