广西壮族地区地中海贫血干预研究

摘要

Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region is a high incidence of thalassemia, including severe Mediterranean anemia is one of the main birth defects in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, because the disease is the lack of effective treatment, so the prevention knowledge propaganda, make people aware of its harm, to cooperate fully with the implementation of the premarital and prenatal screening, prenatal diagnosis for high-risk groups, early let children with severe Mediterranean anemia of pregnancy termination of pregnancy, is effective to reduce the intervention of birth defects.%广西壮族地区是地中海贫血高发区，其中重型地中海贫血是广西壮族地区主要出生缺陷之一，因为该病目前缺少有效治疗方法，所以宣传预防知识，让人们认识到其危害性，充分配合实施婚前、产前筛查，发现高危群体后要做好产前诊断，一旦发现妊娠重型地中海贫血患儿的孕妇，及时做好干预措施，让其终止妊娠，最大限度减少出生缺陷患儿。
