临床护理路径对过敏性紫癜患儿住院时间及家属满意度的影响

摘要

Objective To analyze clinical nursing path (CNP) in children with allergic purpura the influence of the length of hospital stay and family satisfaction. Methods Children with allergic purpura treated were 50 cases in our hospital in March 2011~May 2012, the randomly divided into observation group and control group, 25 cases in each group. Observation group was given conventional nursing, the control group gives the formulation and implementation of clinical nursing path, compared to evaluate the nursing effect of two groups of patients. Results The length of hospital stay, compared two groups of children with families of satisfaction, significant difference, statistically significant. Conclusion CNP for children with allergic purpura can shorten hospitalization time, improve the children's family satisfaction, reduce hospitalization costs, promote the relationship between nurses and patients, improve the quality of nursing care of children.%目的：分析临床护理路径（CNP）对过敏性紫癜患儿住院时间及家属满意度的影响。方法选取我院2011年3月～2012年5月收治的过敏性紫癜患儿50例，随机将其分为观察组和对照组各25例。观察组给予常规护理，对照组给予临床护理路径的制定和实施，对比评价两组患者的护理效果。结果对比两组患儿的住院时间、家属满意度，差异具有统计学意义。结论 CNP对过敏性紫癜患儿可以缩短住院时间，提高患儿家属满意度，减少住院费用，促进护患关系，提升患儿的护理质量、疗效作用。
