极低出生体重儿的护理支持及临床干预

摘要

Objective To study the very low birth weight of support and clinical nursing intervention measures. Methods 110 cases of very low birth weight randomly divided into two groups. The control group, routine nursing intervention group lines of high quality nursing intervention. Results Control group in two weeks, three weeks and 4 weeks after treatment weight is signiifcantly lower than the observation group;Control group in incidence of adverse reactions (41.82%), signiifcantly higher than the observation group (16.36%). Conclusion Support and clinical nursing intervention in very low birth weight can promote child weight increases.%目的：探讨极低出生体重儿的护理支持与临床干预措施。方法随机将110例极低出生体重儿分为两组。对照组行常规护理干预，观察组行优质护理干预。结果对照组治疗2周、3周以及4周后体重明显低于观察组；对照组不良反应发生率（41.82%）明显高于观察组（16.36%）。结论护理支持与临床干预极低出生体重儿可促进患儿体重升高。
