微生物检验在医院感染控制中的地位及作用分析

摘要

Objective To investigate the status and value of microbiological examination in hospital infection control.Methods130 cases were selected from January 2014 to December 2014 who were admitted into our hospital for treatment. Then, these cases were randomly divided into convention group and test group equally. The convention group was given conventional treatment of drug therapy. Besides that, the test group was given microbiological examination. During the treatment, the incidence of hospital infection between the two groups was compared.Results Incidence of mild, medium and severe hospital infection in the convention group was 10.8%, 4.6% and 3.1% respectively, which was respectively statistically same with that of 3.1%, 1.5%, 1.5% in the test group (allP>0.05). While the incidence of total hospital infection in the test group was 6.2%, which was statisticaly lower than that of 18.5% in the convention group (P<0.05).Conclusion Microbiological examination can prevent hospital infection and reduce its incidence, which plays an important role in the hospital infection control.%目的：探讨分析微生物检验在医院感染控制中的地位及作用。方法选取2014年1～12月与我院住院进行治疗的130例患者作为研究对象，随机分为常规组（n=65）和检验组（n=65）。常规组给予药物等常规治疗，而检验组在常规组的基础上给予微生物检验，观察两组患者感染发生情况。结果常规组轻度、中度和重度感染分别为10.8%、4.6%和3.1%，检验组分别为3.1%、1.5%和1.5%，两组间比较无统计学差异（P均＞0.05），而检验组的总感染率为6.2%，明显低于常规组18.5%的总感染率，比较有统计学差异（P＜0.05）。结论微生物检验可以预防医院感染，降低感染发生率，在医院感染控制中具有重要地位和作用。
