98例老年肺炎的临床特点及治疗体会

摘要

目的：分析老年肺炎的临床特点及治疗效果。方法选择2013年1月~2014年3月在我院接受治疗的98例老年肺炎患者作为研究对象，对患者临床特点及治疗效果进行分析。结果老年肺炎临床表现、体征变化均为明显性，治疗总有效率为100%。结论老年肺炎无显著性临床表现和体征变化，起病隐匿，因此及时接受诊断和治疗。%Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of senile pneumonia and therapeutic effect. Methods Choose 2013 January~March 2014 in our hospital for treatment of 98 cases of elderly patients with pneumonia as the research object, to analyze clinical characteristics and treatment effect. Results The clinical manifestations of senile pneumonia, signs of change are obvious, the total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion The senile pneumonia without signiifcant changes in clinical symptoms and signs, take diagnosis and treatment in time when it happen.
