探析外痔切剥辅助痔上黏膜环切钉合术治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效

摘要

Objective To explore external piles on the tangent bundle auxiliary hemorrhoids mucosa ring cut nails close operation (PPH) clinical curative effect for the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoid. MethodsNumbers of random selection method, from February 2012 to February 2016 to receive treatment in patients with circumferential mixed hemorrhoid, to extract 70 cases as the research object, according to the different operation methods, its average can be divided into A, B two groups, each group has 35 patients with. Among them, A group of patients within the application of mixed hemorrhoid external strip technique treatment, B group of patients on the implementation of external piles plunge into auxiliary cutting hemorrhoid mucosa circumcision nailing treatment, compared two groups of patients with the clinical therapeutic effect. Results Two groups of patients after surgical treatment of different clinical treatment, the total effective rate of group A was 82.85%, the incidence of complications was 45.71%, recurrence rate was 22.85%, B treatment group total effective rate was 97.14%, the incidence of complications was 11.42%, recurrence rate was 5.7%, the clinical therapeutic effect of patients in group B than group A, with signiifcant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).ConclusionConventional surgery and PPH combined treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoid, the effect is remarkable.%目的：探析外痔切剥辅助痔上黏膜环切钉合术（PPH）治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效。方法应用数字随机选择的方法，从我院2012年2月～2016年2月接受治疗的环状混合痔患者中，抽取70例作为研究对象，根据不同的手术方法，将其平均分为A、B两组，每组各有患者35例。其中，A组患者应用混合痔外剥内扎术进行治疗，B组患者实施外痔切剥辅助痔上黏膜环切钉合术进行治疗，比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果两组患者均经过不同的手术治疗之后，A组临床治疗总有效率为82.85%、并发症的发生率45.71%、复发率为22.85%；B组临床治疗总有效率为97.14%、并发症的发生率11.42%、复发率为5.7%， B组患者的临床治疗效果优于A组，两组对比差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论传统术式与PPH联合治疗环状混合痔，效果显著。
