玻璃体切除治疗增殖型糖尿病视网膜病变的围手术期护理

摘要

目的：探究玻璃体切除治疗增殖型糖尿病视网膜病变的围术期护理。方法选取本院2013年1月～2015年12收治的97例增殖型糖尿病视网膜病变患者，全部患者均行玻璃体切除治疗，同步实施围术期护理干预，观察术后恢复情况及并发症。结果34例视力≤0.05，比例35.1%，50例患者视力0.05～0.10，比例51.6%，13例视力≥0.10，比例为13.4%。13例患者术后眼内压高，应用眼压药物治疗后恢复。空腹血糖控制在8.3 mmol/L以下92例，比例为94.8%，术后复诊均未出现严重并发症。结论应用玻璃体切除术治疗增殖型糖尿病视网膜病变实施术前术后的护理干预，改善了患者的视力，有效控制了血糖与并发症，提高了治疗效果。%Objective To explore the effect of perioperative care for vitrectomy in the treatment of proliferative diabetic retinopathy.Methods 97 cases of proliferative diabetic retinopathy in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 were given vitrectomy treatment and synchronous implementation of perioperative nursing intervention, the postoperative recovery and complications were observed.Results34 cases got visual acuities≤0.05 (35.1%), 50 cases (51.6%) got 0.05~0.10, 13 cases (13.4%) got≥0.10. 13 patients got a high postoperative intraocular pressure, but recovered after the application of medical treatment. 92 cases (94.8%)got fasting blood glucose control under 8.3 mmol/L, no serious complications occurred during postoperative follow-up.Conclusion The application of preoperative nursing intervention in vitrectomy for proliferative diabetic retinopathy can improved visual acuities and control of blood sugar and complications.
