In addition, the students subjective attaches great importance to the basic knowledge of foreign languages and professional learning, but Ignore the clinical skills .the mentor for the cultivation of the students, the lack of strict regulation also has a certain relationship. "Exam-oriented education" model transformation, clinical skills training and assessment standard gradually set up is also a practical problem to be solved.%5年本科加3年研究生教育的“5+3”培养模式是我国医学硕士研究生培养的主要模式。随着社会的发展,此种培养模式下研究生临床技能培养的弊端却越来越多的显现出来,并严重的影响医学研究生的培养质量。分析其原因主要包括:本科扩招,医学硕、博高学历教育与目标单位就业压力增大等因素之间的突出矛盾直接相关。此外,学生主观上重视外语及专业基础知识的学习,对临床技能培养不够重视,导师对学生的培养、监管不够严格也具有一定的关系。“应试教育”模式的转变,临床技能培养和考核标准的逐步建立也是亟待解决的实际问题。
