“典型征象”比较影像学数据库应用初探

     

摘要

目的:评估基于PACS/RIS系统建立的“典型征象”比较影像数据库在实习教学中的效果。方法建立并完善基于PACS/RIS系统的“典型征象”比较影像数据库并用于实习教学中,通过比较理论考核、应用考核和量表评分等,评估其在实习教学的优势。结果“典型征象”比较影像学数据库教学效果优于常规实习教学法,在提高学生对影像征象细节把握、对疾病病理生理知识的理解以及对疾病影像检查的优化选择方面效果突出(P<0.05)。结论该数据库的建立和使用,有助于学生加深对知识的记忆和理解,提高学习主动性;方便教师对影像大课的备课;有助于建立网络课程平台,实现资源共享。%Objective To evaluate based on PACS/RIS system to create the image comparing the typical signs of database in the practice teaching effect.Methods Establish and perfect the "typical signs" based on PACS/RIS system comparison image database and used in practice teaching, by comparing the theoretical examination, application, assessment and rating scale, and so on, to assess their advantage in practice teaching.Results "A typical signs" comparative imaging database teaching effect is better than that of conventional practice teaching method, to raise the students to grasp the sign image details, the understanding of disease pathology physiology knowledge as well as the optimal selection of disease imaging effect is prominent (P<0.05).Conclusion The establishment of the database and use to help students deepen memory of knowledge and understanding, improve learning initiative, convenient for video lectures preparing teachers, help build the network course platform, realizes the resource sharing.
