CBL结合引导式教学模式在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学教学中的应用

     

摘要

Objective To explore the application value of CBL guided teaching mode in the teaching of head and neck surgery in the ear, nose and throat.Methods 63 cases of head and neck surgery in our hospital from February 2014 to March 2016, were randomly divided into the observation group (n=32) and the control group (n=31). The control group used the traditional teaching mode, the observation group using CBL combined with the guiding mode of teaching. The indexes of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The observation group students' skills scores and objective theoretical knowledge score, subjective knowledge score and comprehensive score and ability scores, learning efficiency scores were higher than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional teaching mode, the teaching mode of CBL combined with guided mode was better than the traditional teaching mode.%目的:分析探讨CBL结合引导式教学模式在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学教学中的应用价值。方法选取2014年2月~2016年3月于我院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科见习的63名见习生,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(n=32)和对照组(n=31)。对照组采用传统教学模式,观察组采用CBL结合引导式教学模式。分析比较两组见习生的各项指标。结果观察组见习生的操作技能考核成绩、客观理论知识考核成绩、主观知识考核成绩、综合成绩、学习能力评分、学习效率评分均大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CBL结合引导式教学模式相对于传统教学模式教学质量更优。
