彩色超声检查在胎儿心脏畸形检查中的作用探讨

摘要

目的：探讨在胎儿心脏畸形检查中彩色超声检查的作用及价值。方法本研究对象选择来我院进行胎儿心脏畸形检查的孕妇1800例，所有孕妇均采用彩色超声进行检查，比较超声检查及随访结果，总结彩色超声检查胎儿心脏畸形的影像学表现。结果1800例孕妇中经彩色超声检查胎儿心脏畸形的例数为25例，孕妇分娩后，行心脏超声检查于新生儿，漏诊1例。彩色超声检查应用于产前，胎儿心脏畸形有较高的检查率。结论在胎儿心脏畸形检查中将彩色超声检查应用于产前，可将检出率提升，尽早对其进行临床干预。%Objective To study the color ultrasound in fetal cardiac malformation check function and value.Methods The object of this study selected 1 800 cases of pregnant women in our hospital for examination of fetal cardiac malformations, all pregnant women were examined by color ultrasound, ultrasound examination and follow-up results, summarize the ultrasound examination of fetal cardiac malformation imaging. Results In 1 800 cases of pregnant women, color ultrasound examination of fetal cardiac malformation cases for 25 cases, pregnant women after childbirth, done heart ultrasound in neonatal, misdiagnosis and 1 case. Color ultrasound applied in prenatal fetal cardiac malformation has higher inspection rate.ConclusionIn the heart of the fetal cardiac malformation check color ultrasound applied in prenatal detection rate can be promoted, carries on the clinical intervention as soon as possible, thus worthy of application and popularization in clinical diagnosis.
