提高心胸外科实习护生带教质量的分析

         

摘要

ObjectiveTo explore the improvement of cardiothoracic surgery teaching quality measures for nursing students.Methods From February 2015 to April 2016 during cardiothoracic surgery, 60 cases of nursing students were randomly divided into study group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The control group was using by the traditional nursing teaching mode. The study group was using by the clinical nursing path system teaching mode.ResultsCompared two groups of nurses professional accomplishment, the team total score was (89±2.75), which was signiifcantly higher than the control group with a score of (80±3.04), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).ConclusionThe nursing practice of cardiothoracic surgery, the clinical pathway system in nursing teaching mode, the effect is signiifcant.%目的:探究提高心胸外科实习护生带教质量的措施。方法选取2015年2月~2016年4月心胸外科60名实习护生,随机分为研究组与对照组,每组各30名。对照组,采用传统护理带教模式;研究组,采用临床路径系统护理带教模式。结果对比两组护生专业素养,研究组总分为(89±2.75),明显高于对照组的总分(80±3.04),两组对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对心胸外科实习护生,采用临床路径系统护理带教模式,效果显著。
