目的：探讨咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床诊治情况。方法选取80例咳嗽变异性哮喘患者作为调查对象，将患者进行随机分组处理。对照组40例以酮替芬进行治疗；观察组40例以孟鲁司特进行治疗，分析比较两组患者的临床效果。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为95%，对照组患者治疗总有效率为77.5%，组间对比，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。3个月内随访，观察组复发率为2.5%，对照组复发率为12.5%，组间对比，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论孟鲁司特治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘可获得较好的疗效。%Objective To investigate the clinical diagnosis and treatment of cough variant asthma.Methods 80 cases of cough variant asthma patients were selected as the research object, the patients were randomly divided into groups. In the control group, 40 cases were treated with tamoxifen, 40 patients in the observation group were treated with montelukast, to compare the curative effect of two groups.ResultsThe total effective rate of the observation group was 95%, the control group was 77.5%, the total effective rate was, the difference between two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). 3 months follow-up, the recurrence rate of observation group was 2.5%, the recurrence rate of control group was 12.5%, the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Therapeutic effect of the treatment of cough variant asthma can be better by the treatment of the patients with cough variant asthma.
