威廉姆斯生活技能训练对青年护士应对方式的影响

             

摘要

目的:通过对青年护士应用威廉姆斯生活技能训练(Wil iams Life Skil s Training,WLST),探讨对其应对方式的影响。方法本研究共纳入来自河南大学第一附属医院各科护士,年龄20~35岁,工作时间超过1年的青年女性护士作为研究对象(96例),随机分成干预组(48例)和对照组(48例)。对照组研究对象不进行干预处理,干预组研究对象给予WLST。干预前后对所有研究对象进行特质应对方式问卷(Trait Coping Style Questionnaire,TCSQ)。结果干预前,干预组TCSQ的积极应对、消极应对得分与对照组对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,干预组积极应对得分明显高于对照组,消极应对得分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,干预组积极应对得分较干预前呈现升高趋势,消极应对得分则有所降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而对照组的积极应对得分和消极应对得分的则无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论青年护士通过WLST生活技能训练,使其有效改善青年护士的应对方式。%Objective To investigate the impact of Williams Life Skills Training (Williams Life Skills Training, WLST) on trait coping style about young nurse. Methods The nurse enrolled from the First Afifliated Hospital of He’nan University was selected as study subjects, 20~35 years old, 96 cases of young female nurses who worked more than one year were randomly divided into intervention group (48 cases) and control group (48 cases). The control group was without any intervention, and the intervention group was given about WLST. Before and after the intervention, the self-assessment is completed by Trait Coping Style Questionnaire (TCSQ). Results The score of TCSQ positive coping, negative coping inthe intervention and control groups were no significant differences (P>0.05) before the intervention;After the intervention, the intervention group scored signiifcantly higher positive response, negative coping scored signiifcantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05); after the intervention, the intervention group compared with the score before the intervention and actively respond presented increasing trend, scores of negative response of intervention group was lower than that before the intervention, there was a statistically signiifcant difference (P<0.05) after the intervention;The score of active response and negative response after intervention in the control group was not signiifcantly different (P>0.05). Conclusion Young nurses through the WLST life skills training, so that it can effectively improve the coping style of young nurses.
