瑞舒伐他汀与阿托伐他汀治疗冠心病的临床疗效比较研究

摘要

目的：研究比较冠心病采用瑞舒伐他汀与阿托伐他汀治疗的效果。方法选取2014年5月～2015年5月本院接收的68例冠心病患者，随机分作观察组（入组34例，治疗药物为瑞舒伐他汀）与对照组（入组34例，治疗药物为阿托伐他汀），在治疗6个月后比较两组用药疗效。结果观察组总有效率（91.18%）较对照组（70.59%）高，具统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论冠心病患者使用瑞舒伐他汀治疗的效果较阿托伐他汀佳，推荐使用。%Objective To study clinical efficacy of rosuvastatin and atorvastatin for coronary heart disease.Methods Selected 68 cases with CHD from May 2014 to May 2015 randomly divided into observation group (the group of 34 patients, the therapeutic agent of rosuvastatin) and the control group(the group of 34 patients, the treatment of atorvastatin), and after 6 months of treatment adverse reactions and the efficacy of medication and medication were compared.Results Observation group total effective rate(91.18%)than the control group(70.59%)higher, statistically signiifcant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rosuvastatin in treatment of coronary heart disease patients with is better than atorvastatin good, and it is recommended to use.
