急性乳腺炎患者术后护理研究

摘要

目的：对急性乳腺炎患者术后的护理措施以及护理效果进行全面分析。方法选取2014年10月~2015年4月在我院接受手术治疗的44例急性乳腺炎患者，分析其临床和护理资料，对急性乳腺炎术后的全面护理措施，进行系统化的总结。结果44例在术后采用全方位护理，治愈效果良好，平均住院时间为（14.3±2.7）d，进行为期半年的术后随访工作，所有患者均未出现严重的后遗症或并发症。结论对急性乳腺炎患者进行系统、优质的术后护理，可有效提高急性乳腺炎的治愈效果和预后。%Objective Summariz the nursing experience in 44 cases of acute mastitis.Methods Selected 44 cases of patients with acute mastitis from October 2014 to April 2015 in our hospital, retrospectively analyzed the clinical data and nursing data, comprehensive nursing care for acute mastitis postoperative nursing measures were concluded.Results 44 patients after surgery were in strict accordance with the doctor's advice for all-round care, cure effect was good, the average hospitalization time was (14.3±2.7) d, for patients with postoperative follow-up for half a year, all of the patients had no severe sequela or complications. ConclusionPatients with acute mastitis receiving system quality postoperative nursing care can effectively improve the effect of acute mastitis treatment and prognosis.
